Potential Clients

I’ve had a look at potential clients and the following companies seem like the best places to pitch my work:

Titan Books (http://titanbooks.com/) – The largest publisher of graphic novels in the UK. They don’t take online submissions unless you have an agent or are willing to work on established franchises. They do however have portfolio sessions at conventions, and will appearing at the London Book fair which seems like the perfect chance to show them my portfolio.

Self Made Hero (http://www.selfmadehero.com/) – A fairly new UK publisher, one of the main genres they tend to publish is Science Fiction which seems ideal as the vast majority of my work tends to be science fiction. They take online submissions (One page synopsis with at least 8 pages of sequential art), and they will also be present at the London Book Fair

Blank Slate Books (http://www.blankslatebooks.co.uk/) – Another UK based publisher, they tend to work with new authors who are both writers and illustrators. They take online submissions and tend to publish anything besides superhero and avant-garde art books.

Solipsistic Pop Books (http://solipsisticpop.com/) - A boutique comics publisher based in the UK, they don’t take submissions via email but do accept links to online portfolios. They welcome both book pitches and people wishing to submit to their anthology.

I have a few more I could potentially use, but they are either so large that I feel like it would be a waste of time submitting work, or so small they seem kind of amateurish.
